CHODESH TOV - NISSAN IS HERE - 3rd Annual International Temple Mount Awareness Day is TODAY!!!!

CHODESH TOV - the Month of Nissan is finally here! The Month of renewal and redemption is finally upon us, and today - SUNDAY MARCH 25TH - is the day we've all been waiting for - it's the

 3rd ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL TEMPLE MOUNT AWARENESS DAY PROGRAM!

The 6-hour live web-a-thon will be broadcast in live streaming video right here on our Radio Free Nachlaot web page by BE THERE ISRAEL, the videocasting experts.

The broadcast will be live from 5pm - 11pm Jerusalem time (11am - 5pm Eastern Time, 8am - 2pm Pacific Time) Sunday March 25th.

Co-hosted by the Temple Institute's Rabbi Chaim Richman and Yitzchak Reuven as well as Radio Free Nachlaot's Steve Levine and Lorelai Lehrer, the program will feature special musical performances by YEHUDA KATZ, and fascinating interviews with important and knowledgeable guests, including: 

Moshe Feiglin, head of the Jewish Leadership faction of Israel's ruling Likud party discussing grass roots efforts and parliamentary legislation that can and should be pursued for the purpose of securing freedom of worship on the Temple Mount. 

Rabbi Nachman Kahana, Torah scholar, Temple Mount ascender and Kohen presenting spiritual insights about the Temple Mount, the Holy Temple and the state of Israel.
 
Yisrael Medad, Temple Mount activist and media expert discussing the current role of the mass media concerning the struggle for religious freedom on the Temple Mount, and what can be done to effect a change for the good.  

Hillel Richman and Frankie Snyder, senior staff members of the Temple Mount Sifting Project, sharing the exciting archaeological finds discovered this past year, from the Temple Mount and from the Second Temple period.

Tziporra Piltz, guide and organizer of women's ascent to the Temple Mount, sharing her experiences and the growing movement of women who ascend the Temple Mount in purity. 

Rabbi Mois Navon, of the Ptil Tekhelet organization, manufacturers of the biblical blue techelet dye, used in tzitziyot, (ritual fringes), and priestly garments, will be discussing the colorful history of techelet from antiquity to the contemporary reestablishment of the venerated techelet industry.
