As chodesh Av meets Elul, We here at Radio Free Nachlaot are turning a new page, again. That's right, It's a new day, a new month, a new season right here at your favorite internet stop for Music, Torah and Talk. Now aside from the cosmic newness, we are also kicking off a week of some new-old programs, and a new "new" program and a new guest to boot!
This morning we heard Maya fresh from her vacation in the USA. As for what's in store the rest of the night, and week, here we go:
Tonight - 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM, The Homegrown Hour featuring our guest Jonty Zwebner from "One Song World." Jonty is sure to delight us with his mix of "homegrown" that he's preparing special for all of us/
Then, after a quick bus ride (we hope) to Studio B, Steve's 'That's Rock and Roll" show will take us into the vast world of Rock and Roll, and what that means. Tune in between 9:30 and 11 to see just what that means!
Now, let me tip you off to Wednesday's schedule:
12:00 The Scruffy Jazz Show returns.
7:00 - 9:00 Brain Waves - Brian Blum returns to radio after a short 28 year break. I can't wait to see the music he brings!
9:00 - 11:00 Almost Midnight Maya will voyage into her world of night music, and invites us all to come along.
Thursday you ask?
Cookin' for Shabbos is scheduled to start at 7 with prep time, and really get cookin' at 10:00.
Let Steve add some good vibes to your Shabbos preparations. It's the only way to Cook for Shabbos.
